摘 要:文章针对海上T气田产水量大,采用电泵排采工艺后实施效果不及预期,基于方案设计结合现场实施效果,开展了技术分析,明确了排采工艺失败的原因并提出了优化建议。分析发现,常规修井方式对气井生产产生较大的储层伤害,同时,不合理的生产流程也进一步增加了出砂和水侵的风险,从而导致排采效果不理想。在此基础上,建议海上气井电泵排采措施应避免修井过程中的储层伤害,并合理设置配产液量,同时加强电泵系统多风险点管理,保障电泵系统寿命。In view of the large water production of offshore T gas field,the implementation effect of electric pump drainage technology is not as expected.Based on the scheme design and field implementation effect,the paper carries out technical analysis,identifies the reasons for the failure of drainage technology and puts forward optimization suggestions.It is found that the conventional workover method will cause great reservoir damage to gas well production,and the unreasonable production process will further increase the risk of sand production and water invasion,resulting in unsatisfactory drainage and production results.On this basis,it is suggested that the discharge and production measures of electric pump in offshore gas Wells should avoid reservoir damage in the workover process,set the production fluid quantity reasonably,and strengthen the multi-risk point management of electric pump system to ensure the life of electric pump system.
