摘  要:油水井是提高采收率的关键组成,但长期生产过程中常出现结垢、腐蚀、采油设备故障和出砂等问题。文章系统阐述了油水井下作业维修的关键技术,通过前期调查、实验研究,形成维修指导方案;采用高压水枪清洗井筒,利用化学溶蚀与机械清除相结合的方式处理结垢和腐蚀,修复油管;优化完井工艺,建立评价体系,确保修井效果。现场实验表明,该方案可有效恢复油井产能,提高采收率,具有显著的增产增效作用,为油水井维护提供了理论与实践指导。Oil-water wells are key components for improving recovery rates,but they often encounter issues such as scaling,corrosion,equipment failures,and sand production during long-term production.This paer systematically elaborates on the key technologies for wellbore maintenance and repair in oil-water wells.Through preliminary investigations and experimental research,a repair guidance plan is formulated.High-pressure water jet cleaning is employed to clean the wellbore,and a combination of chemical dissolution and mechanical removal is used to address scaling and corrosion,as well as to repair the oil pipe.The completion process is optimized,and an evaluation system is established to ensure the effectiveness of the repair.Field tests demonstrate that this approach can effectively restore well productivity and enhance recovery rates,yielding significant production and efficiency gains.It provides both theoretical and practical guidance for well maintenance in oil-water wells.
