摘　　要：文章介绍了一种大型电缆桥架试验系统,是由多个子系统构成,设备与电控柜之间存在不同电压等级的多种类别电缆,同时涉及交、直流信号,情况错综复杂。为满足系统运行需求,针对该系统专门开发了一种桁架式电缆桥架设计方案。该方案通过了力学强度校核分析,在保证结构安全的前提下,满足了系统综合布线需求。在该大型试验系统建设中,对该设计方案进行应用,完成了系统综合布线。系统建成后,整体运行良好,不存在相互干扰。通过介绍该方案,希望能为具有相似应用场景的项目提供借鉴参考。This paper introduces a large cable bridge test system which is composed of several subsystems.There are many kinds of cables with different voltage levels between equipment and electric control cabinet,and it involves AC and DC signals.In order to meet the operation requirements of the system,a design scheme of trussed cable bridge is specially developed for the system.The scheme has passed the mechanical strength check analysis,and meets the requirements of the integrated wiring system on the premise of ensuring the safety of the structure.In the construction of the large-scale test system,the design scheme is applied to complete the system integrated wiring.After the completion of the system,the overall operation is good,there is no mutual interference.By introducing this scheme,we hope to provide reference for other projects with similar application scenarios.
