徐旭英教授辨治硬皮病的临床经验

摘　　要：硬皮病是外科疾病中罕见的自身免疫性疾病,其病因不明,早期诊断困难,可伴有血管、内脏器官等多系统受累,对患者的生命健康造成严重危害。徐旭英教授认为硬皮病病因病机在寒、瘀、虚,病位在肺、脾、肾,将硬皮病分为急性期、亚急性期和慢性期,根据不同的临床分期选用不同的中医治法,配合中医特色外用制剂,分期施治,临床疗效显著。Scleroderma is a rare autoimmune disease among surgical diseases.Its etiology is unknown and early diagnosis is difficult.It may be accompanied by multiple system involvement such as blood vessels and internal organs,causing serious harm to the life and health of patients.Professor Xu Xuying believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of scleroderma are cold,blood stasis and deficiency,and the disease is located in the lungs,spleen,and kidneys.He divides scleroderma into acute,subacute,and chronic stages.Different traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatments are selected according to different clinical stages,combined with TCM characteristic external preparations,and staged treatment,resulting in significant clinical efficacy.
