复方柳菊胶囊联合西药治疗肺结核的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨复方柳菊胶囊联合西药治疗肺结核的疗效分析。方法 选取2021年1月至2023年1月于康复大学青岛中心医院就诊的96例肺结核患者为研究对象,随机将其分为西药组和联合组,每组48例。西药组服用吡嗪酰胺、左氧氟沙星胶囊、环丝氨酸,联合组在西药组基础上采用复方柳菊胶囊联合利奈唑胺,两组均连续治疗3个月。观察两组治疗后的临床疗效、肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%)、最大自主通气量(MVV)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量的百分比(FEV1/FVC)]、血清炎性因子[干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)、白介素-10(IL-10)、IL-13]、免疫功能指标、T淋巴细胞、自然杀伤细胞(NK)及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,联合组总有效率明显高于西药组(P<0.05)。两组肺功能指标(FEV1%、MVV、FVC、FEV1/FVC)、T淋巴细胞(CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))和NK细胞均比治疗前提高,且联合组高于西药组(P<0.05)。两组炎性因子IFN-γ、TGF-β、IL-10、IL-13水平明显低于治疗前,且联合组明显低于西药组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 复方柳菊胶囊和西药联合治疗肺结核,能调节患者的肺功能免疫能力,减少炎症反应,改善其临床症状。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of compound Liuju capsules combined with Western medicine in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis(TB).Methods A total of 96 patients with TB who were treated in Qingdao Central Hospital of University of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a Western medicine group(n=48)and a combination group(n=48).Patients in the Western medicine group were treated with pyrazinamide,levofloxacin capsules and cycloserine,while patients in the combination group were additionally given compound Liuju capsules combined with linezolid on the basis of the treatment in the Western medicine group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function index[forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1)as a percentage of the predicted value(FEV1%),maximum voluntary ventilation(MVV),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV1/FVC],serum inflammatory factors[interferon-γ(IFN-γ),transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β),interleukin-10(IL-10),and interleukin-13(IL-13)],immune function index,T lymphocytes,natural killer cells(NK)and incidence of adverse reactions in both groups after treatment were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the combination group was higher than that in the Western medicine group(P<0.05).The indicators of pulmonary function(FEV1%,MVV,FVC,FEV1/FVC),T lymphocytes(CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)),and NK cells in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the above indicators in the combination group were higher than those in the Western medicine group(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors IFN-γ,TGF-β,IL-10 and IL-13 were lower than those before treatment,and the above indicators in the combination group were lower than those in the Western medicine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of compound Liuju capsules and Western
