柴胡疏肝散联合塞来昔布治疗慢性非特异性腰痛的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨柴胡疏肝散与塞来昔布联合治疗慢性非特异性腰痛(CNSLBP)的临床疗效。方法 选取2022年1月至2024年8月于四川省骨科医院就诊的96例CNSLBP患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组48例。对照组予以拉伸锻炼及口服塞来昔布治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用中药柴胡疏肝散,疗程为2周。比较两组治疗前后的视觉模拟量表(VAS)、日本骨科协会评估治疗评分(JOA)、功能障碍指数(ODI)以及焦虑自评量表评分(SAS)。结果 与治疗前比较,治疗2周及1个月后两组VAS评分、ODI指数和SAS评分均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组JOA评分均上升(P<0.05),且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 柴胡疏肝散联合塞来昔布治疗CNSLBP有效,且无明显不良反应。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with celecoxib in the treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain(CNSLBP).Methods A total of 96 patients with CNSLBP admitted to Sichuan Province Orthopedic Hospital from January 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to random number table method,with 48 patients in each group.Both groups were given stretching exercises and oral administration of celecoxib,and the experimental group was additionally given oral administration of Chaihu Shugan Powder.The treatment course was 2 weeks.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)Back Pain Evaluation Questionnaire score,Oswestry Disability Index(ODI),and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Compared with those before treatment,the VAS score,ODI and SAS score after 2 weeks and 1 month of treatment were decreased in both groups,and the above indicators in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The JOA score in both groups was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with celecoxib is effective in the treatment of CNSLBP without obvious adverse reactions.
