摘　　要：毛泽东对妇女解放工作的探索,深刻揭露和批判了妇女受剥削压迫的阶级根源、伦理根源及制度根源,并系统阐释了妇女解放的社会条件、精神条件与经济条件;重新审视了妇女在中国革命与建设中的重要价值,肯定妇女是实现革命胜利的重要力量,明确妇女的群体角色和社会属性,强调妇女是推进社会主义建设不可缺少的人力资源;提出了以制度建设与法律手段捍卫妇女的基本权益、培育妇女组织鼓励动员广大妇女参与革命、开展教育活动为妇女提供实现学习进步机会等推动妇女解放的科学方法。毛泽东对妇女解放工作的探索为新时代做好妇女工作提供了宝贵的启示。新时代做好妇女工作应将党的领导作为根本的政治保证,保障妇女基本权益推进妇女事业高质量发展,充分发挥妇女在社会进步和家庭建设中的独特作用,组织动员广大妇女为中国式现代化建设贡献巾帼力量。Mao Zedong's exploration of women's emancipation profoundly exposed and criticized the class,ethical and institutional roots of women's exploitation and oppression,and systematically explained the social,spiritual and economic conditions for women's emancipation.It re-examines the important value of women in China's revolution and construction,affirms that women are an important force in realizing the victory of the revolution,clarifies women's group roles and social attributes,and emphasizes that women are an indispensable human resource in the promotion of socialist construction.Mao Zedong proposed scientific methods to promote women's emancipation,such as defending women's basic rights and interests through institutional and legal means,fostering women's organizations to encourage and mobilize women to participate in the revolution,and carrying out educational activities to provide women with opportunities to achieve learning and progress.Mao Zedong's exploration of women's emancipation provides valuable inspiration for doing a good job of women's work in the new era.In order to do a good job of the work performed by women in the new era,it is necessary to take the leadership of the Party as the fundamental political guarantee for doing a good job of the work performed by women,safeguard women's basic rights and interests,promote the high-quality development of women's undertakings,give full play to women's unique roles in social advancement and family building,and organize and mobilize the vast number of women to contribute to the construction of Chinese modernization.
