从1956年中共中央“两论”探析中国共产党全球治理观的逻辑内涵

摘　　要：“积极参与全球治理,为构建人类命运共同体不断作出贡献”是中国特色社会主义制度的显著优势之一,也是中国共产党作为无产阶级政党人类性的现实体现。中国共产党在不同历史时期始终通过积极参与国际事务推动人类解放事业向前发展,研究中国共产党相关经典历史文献对探析中国共产党的全球治理观具有重要意义。1956年4月5日和12月29日,中共中央以《人民日报》编辑部的名义,先后发表了由中央政治局扩大会议讨论通过的《关于无产阶级专政的历史经验》和《再论无产阶级专政的历史经验》两篇重要文章,一般称其为“两论”,表明了党对科学社会主义发展规律的深刻认识,阐明了20世纪50年代末、60年代初党参与国际事务的相关主张,其中也蕴含着坚持制度自信、贡献中国经验、坚持和而不同等中国共产党参与全球治理的逻辑内涵与基本理念。"Actively participating in global governance and constantly making contributions to the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind"is one of the significant advantages of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,and it is also the realistic embodiment of the human nature of the CPC as a proletarian party.The CPC has always been actively involved in international affairs to promote the development of the cause of human liberation in different historical periods.It is of great significance to study the relevant classic historical documents of the CPC for exploring the CPC's view of global governance.On April 5 and December 29,1956,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,in the name of the editorial department of the People's Daily,published two important essays,Historical Experience of the Proletarian Dictatorship and Re discussion of the Historical Experience of the Proletarian Dictatorship,which were discussed and adopted at the enlarged meeting of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.They are generally called"two essays",which indicate the Party's profound understanding of the law of the development of scientific socialism and clarify the relevant propositions of the Party's participation in international affairs in the late 1950s and early 196Os.They also contain the logical connotation and basic concepts of the CPC's participation in global governance,such as adhering to institutional self-confidence,contributing to China's experience,and adhering to harmony without uniformity.
