摘  要:针对矿山硐室围岩裂隙涌水以及顶板淋水难以封堵的问题,本文基于超细硅酸盐水泥作为浆液水泥基料,以减水剂、纤维素、聚丙烯酰胺和葡萄糖酸钠为添加剂进行性能改性。采用正交试验方法,并通过极差分析,研制出一种新型的抗分散注浆材料——高流态速凝抗分散注浆堵水材料。分析结果表明,最佳配比为:减水剂掺量为1%,纤维素掺量为0.6%,聚丙烯酰胺掺量为0.015%,葡萄糖酸钠掺量为0.2%。通过COMSOL模拟不同类型的注浆材料在不同动水压力下的抗分散效果,结果显示新型抗分散注浆材料具有良好的抗分散性能,并且受动水压力影响较小。In response to the problem of water inflow in the cracks of mine roadway surrounding rocks and the difficulty of sealing water seepage in the roof,this study was based on ultrafine cement as the slurry cement base,with water reducing agent,cellulose,polyacrylamide,and sodium gluconate as additives for performance modification.Using the orthogonal experimental method and range analysis,a new type of anti-dispersion grouting material—high-fluidity rapid-setting anti-dispersion grouting water plugging material was developed.The analysis results show that the optimal formula:water reducing agent dosage of 1%,cellulose dosage of 0.6%,polyacrylamide dosage of 0.015%,and sodium gluconate dosage of 0.2%.COMSOL simulation was used to analyze the anti-dispersion effect of different types of grouting materials under different dynamic water pressures.The results show that the new type of anti-dispersion grouting material has good anti-dispersion performance and was less affected by dynamic water pressure.
