摘  要:超大断面隧道跨度长、洞口围岩自稳能力差,开挖过程中易发生坍塌失稳等事故,因此,合理选用预支护方案不仅能减少围岩变形,提高隧道施工安全,还能有效节约成本、降低工程造价。为分析不同预支护方案对隧道进出洞稳定性影响,本文以江西首座单洞四车道超大断面隧道为依托,通过数值模拟方法比选不同预支护方案的支护效果,同时结合现场监测验证模型和方案的合理性。研究表明:大管棚相较于小导管对超大断面隧道进出洞变形控制有12.33%~17.72%的提升,而大管棚每米费用约为小导管的4倍以上,在变形控制较好的前提下选用小导管预支护方案更为经济合理。超大断面隧道进出洞变形控制结果与现场实际监测数据较为吻合,最大误差为11.23%,进一步验证了预支护方案的合理性和分析结果的可靠性,研究成果可为类似工程提供参考。The long span and poor self-stabilizing ability of the perimeter rock at the mouth of the oversized tunnel make it easy to collapse and destabilize during the excavation process,and the reasonable selection of pre-supporting scheme not only reduces the deformation of the perimeter rock and improves the safety of tunneling,but also saves the cost and reduces the cost of the project effectively.In order to analyze the impact of different pre-support schemes on the stability of tunnel access,this paper takes the first single tunnel with four lanes in Jiangxi province as the basis,and compares the support effect of different pre-support schemes through numerical simulation,and at the same time combines with on-site monitoring to verify the reasonableness of the model and scheme.The study shows that the deformation control of oversized tunnel inlet and outlet is improved by 12.33%to 17.72%compared with that of small conduit,and the cost per meter of large pipe shed is about 4 times more than that of small conduit,so it is more economical and reasonable to choose small conduit pre-supporting scheme under the premise of better deformation control.The deformation control results of the oversized tunnel in and out of the tunnel in the paper coincide with the actual monitoring data on site,with a maximum error of 11.23%,which verifies the reasonableness of the pre-support scheme and the reliability of the analytical results,and the research results can be used as a reference for similar projects.
