摘  要:为评估金安金沙江大桥(主跨1386 m的悬索桥)在运营条件下的结构受力状态和承载能力是否满足设计预期,对其开展了现场静动载试验。静载试验主要测试关键部位挠度、应变、索力增量,动载试验包括模态试验和无障碍行车试验。在静载试验下,索塔顶部最大纵向偏移量为75 mm,塔底最大应变为26με,主缆竖向实测最大挠度为1805 mm。主缆锚跨索股的索力最大实测增量为20353.495 kN,吊索索力最大实测增量为193.832 kN。主梁的最大竖向挠度实测值为1724 mm,且其最大纵向偏移实测值为319 mm。主梁上弦杆的最大应变实测值为55με,下弦杆最大应变实测值为305με,斜腹杆最大应变实测值为169με,竖腹杆最大应变实测值为67με。校验系数为0.59~0.98,相对残余均小于20%。动载试验下,1~3阶自振频率的实测值均高于计算值,且在不同速度行驶时产生的冲击系数均小于计算值。静载试验结果表明主桥的整体受力性能较好。动载试验结果表明桥跨的动力响应和振动特性满足设计要求。In order to evaluate whether the structural stress state and bearing capacity of Jinan Jinshajiang Bridge(a suspension bridge with a main span of 1386 m)meet the design expectations under operating conditions,static and dynamic load tests were carried out.Static load experiment mainly tests the deflection,strain and cable force increment of key parts,while dynamic load experiment includes modal experiment and barrier-free driving experiment.Under static load test,the maximum longitudinal offset at the top of the cable tower is 75 mm,the maximum strain at the bottom of the tower is 26,and the measured maximum vertical deflection of the main cable is 1805mm.The maximum measured increment of cable force is 20353.495 kN and 193.832 kN respectively.The measured maximum vertical deflection of the main beam is 1724 mm,and the measured maximum longitudinal deflection is 319 mm.The maximum strain measured value of the upper chord of the main beam is 55,the lower chord is 305,the oblique belly is 169,and the vertical belly is 67.The calibration coefficient is 0.59-0.98,and the relative residual is less than 20%.Under dynamic load test,the measured values of 1st to 3rd order natural vibration frequencies are all higher than the calculated values,and the impact coefficients produced at different speeds are all smaller than the calculated values.The static load test results show that the overall mechanical performance of the main bridge is good.The dynamic load test results show that the dynamic response and vibration characteristics of the bridge meet the design requirements.
