摘 要:受到电磁干扰影响,高压电表接触传感器计量过程中信号偏度、峰度特征之间的重叠性,造成误差特征难以准确辨识,进而影响到误差整定的精度。为解决这一问题,现提出一种高压电表接触传感器计量误差自动化整定方法。收集高压电表接触传感器计量数据,计算其残差值,通过分析电表自身的计量误差,计算出计量误差数据的阈值,检测出收集数据中的计量误差数据。基于此,从检测到的计量误差数据提取出变异系数、偏度、峰度等多个特征,构建对应的特征值,区分不同类别特征。分别计算计量误差特征熵值,建立自动化整定机制,再计算误差整定的全局系数和局部系数,避免特征重叠性影响。构建误差整定函数,输出相应的误差整定结果。实验结果表明,设计的整定方法在实际应用中整定后的误差降低比例为94.36%,其能够有效降低电表的计量误差。Affected by electromagnetic interference,the overlap between signal skewness and kurtosis characteristics during the measurement process of high-voltage electric meters and contact sensors makes it difficult to accurately identify error features,which in turn affects the accuracy of error tuning.To solve this problem,an automated calibration method for measuring errors of high-voltage electric meter contact sensors is proposed.Collect measurement data from high-voltage electric meter contact sensors,calculate their residual values,analyze the measurement errors of the electric meter itself,calculate the threshold for measurement error data,and detect the measurement error data in the collected data.Based on this,multiple features such as coefficient of variation,skewness,kurtosis,etc.are extracted from the detected measurement error data,and corresponding feature values are constructed to distinguish different categories of features.Calculate the characteristic entropy values of measurement errors separately,establish an automated tuning mechanism,and then calculate the global and local coefficients of error tuning to avoid the influence of feature overlap.Construct an error tuning function and output the corresponding error tuning result.The experimental results show that the designed tuning method reduces the error by 94.36%in practical applications after tuning,which can effectively reduce the measurement error of the electric meter.
