摘  要:针对配网中用户的用电行为复杂多样影响储能容量的动态配置。提出考虑源-荷-储耦合的配网虚拟电厂储能容量动态配置。结合经验模态分解对虚拟电厂区域误差控制信号分解处理,将其分解为高低频分量。以净收益作为优化目标,结合区域控制误差信号的高频分量和低频分量构建收益函数,并通过考虑源-荷-储耦合机制,构建荷电状态以及功率平衡的约束条件。采用NSGA-Ⅱ算法对其求解,利用非支配排序和拥挤度计算评估方案优劣,从而得到最优容量配置策略。测试结果表明:采用提出的方法对虚拟电厂进行储能容量动态配置后,负荷分布更加均衡,储能系统平均爬坡率显著下降,具备较为理想的配置效果。In the distribution network,users’electricity consumption behavior is complex and diverse.There are significant differences in electricity usage patterns among different types of users.This diversity and uncertainty make it difficult to accurately predict loads,thereby affecting the dynamic allocation of energy storage capacity.If the load forecast is too high and the configured energy storage capacity is too large,it will cause resource waste;If the prediction is too low and the energy storage capacity is insufficient to meet the demand.Traditional methods mostly target the overall energy storage signal of virtual power plants,which cannot obtain sub signals reflecting different load components,resulting in uneven load distribution after energy storage capacity configuration.Therefore,a dynamic configuration of energy storage capacity for virtual power plants in distribution networks considering source load storage coupling is proposed.Combining empirical mode decomposition(EMD)to decompose and process the error control signal in the virtual power plant area into high and low frequency components.Using net profit as the optimization objective,a profit function is constructed by combining the high-frequency and low-frequency components of the area control error(ACE)signal.By considering the source load storage coupling mechanism,constraints on the state of charge and power balance are established.The NSGA-II algorithm is used to solve it,and the advantages and disadvantages of the scheme are evaluated using non dominated sorting and crowding degree calculation,in order to obtain the optimal capacity configuration strategy.The test results show that using the proposed method for dynamic configuration of energy storage capacity in virtual power plants results in a more balanced load distribution,a significant decrease in the average ramp up rate of the energy storage system,and a relatively ideal configuration effect.
