摘 要:针对目前缺乏便捷、无损且能精准量化纸张老化程度的监测技术的问题,设计了一种“智慧图书馆”书籍纸张老化管理系统。将基于Impinj R2000/E710芯片的ZKV604固定式四通道超高频读写器以及ZKV19G 9 dbi超高频RFID天线作为执行装置,采集书籍纸张老化的样本数据。从借阅次数、借阅时长以及借阅频率三个影响因素角度入手,利用灰色关联分析方法量化其与书籍纸张老化程度之间的关系,在书籍实体纸张老化状态E-R图中,通过关联度更新影响因素状态变更下的书籍纸张老化数据。在测试结果中,系统在执行书籍纸张老化管理程序过程中,更新响应的时间稳定在33.0 ms以内,CPU占用率始终稳定在58.0%以下,具有良好的稳定性。To address the current lack of convenient,non-destructive,and precise monitoring techniques for quantifying the aging degree of paper,a"Smart Library"book paper aging management system was designed.The system employs the ZKV604 fixed four-channel UHF reader based on Impinj R2000/E710 chips and the ZKV19G 9 dbi UHF RFID antenna as execution devices to collect sample data on the aging of book paper.Starting from three influencing factorsborrowing frequency,borrowing duration,and borrowing rate,the relationship between these factors and the degree of book paper aging is quantified using the grey relational analysis method.In the book entity paper aging state E-R diagram,the aging data of book paper is updated under changes in influencing factor states through the relational degree.Test results show that during the execution of the book paper aging management program,the system's update response time remains stable within 33.0 ms,and CPU usage consistently stays below 58.0%,demonstrating good stability.
