摘 要:综合医院在突发公共卫生事件、自然灾害和其他紧急情况中扮演重要角色,应急创伤救治人才是其高效应对各类突发事件的关键要素之一。为提升综合医院应急创伤救治人才的综合素质,文章借鉴传统“T”型人才能力模型,结合4R危机管理理论成果,提炼出涵盖广泛而深入的知识与技能、缓解能力、准备能力、应对能力和恢复能力等多维度的综合医院应急创伤救治人才“T”型能力框架,以期为应急创伤救治人才的培养、应急医疗队伍的建设提供理论指导。General hospitals play an important role in public health emergencies,natural disasters and other emergencies.Emergency trauma care talents are one of the key elements for their effective response to various emergencies.To improve the comprehensive quality of emergency trauma treatment personnel in general hospitals,this review draws on the traditional"T"competency model,combines the results of the 4R crisis management theory,and refines the"T"competency framework of emergency trauma treatment personnel in general hospitals,which covers a wide range of in-depth knowledge and skills,mitigation ability,preparedness ability,response ability,and recovery ability,to provide a comprehensive framework for general hospitals.The"T"competency framework is refined to provide theoretical guidance for the cultivation of emergency trauma care talents and the construction of emergency medical teams in general hospitals.
