摘  要:为回收失效石油重整催化剂中的铂铼,经对比选取D296阴离子交换树脂,研究了吸附时间、温度、酸度、流速对盐酸-硫酸浸出液吸附铂、铼的影响,通过动态吸附及解吸铂、铼实验,测定了铂、铼的饱和吸附容量及完全解吸时所需要的解吸液的床体积。结果表明,D296树脂在酸度为5 mol/L时可优先吸附铂,而铼基本不被吸附;酸度为0.5 mol/L时可定量吸附铼;铂、铼的饱和吸附容量(对干树脂)分别为170、120 mg/g;吸附在树脂上的铂和铼可分别用15%高氯酸、5 mol/L盐酸解吸,完全解吸分别需要5.5、5个床体积的解吸液。D296树脂可用于铂铼的分离提纯。To recover platinum and rhenium from expired petroleum reforming catalysts,D296 anion exchange resin was selected for comparison.The effects of adsorption time,temperature,acidity,and flow rate on the adsorption of platinum and rhenium in hydrochloric acid sulfuric acid leachate were studied.Through dynamic adsorption and desorption experiments of platinum and rhenium,the saturated adsorption capacity of platinum and rhenium and the bed volume of desorption solution required for complete desorption were determined.The results showed that D296 resin can preferentially adsorb platinum at an acidity of 5 mol/L,while rhenium is hardly adsorbed.When the acidity is 0.5 mol/L,rhenium can be quantitatively adsorbed.The saturated adsorption capacities(vs dry resin)of platinum and rhenium are 170 and 120 mg/g,respectively.Platinum and rhenium adsorbed on the resin can be desorbed with 15%perchloric acid and 5 mol/L hydrochloric acid,respectively.Complete desorption requires 5.5 and 5 bed volumes of desorption solution,respectively.D296 resin can be used for the separation and purification of platinum rhenium.
