摘  要:铂铑热电偶丝是贵金属热电偶丝中的典型代表,广泛应用在钢铁、冶金、石化、航空、能源等领域温度测控。本文主要介绍了铂铑热电偶丝表面质量的影响因素,包括铂铑热电偶丝加工成型工艺、热处理工艺、杂质污染影响等。通过对多个铂铑热电偶丝生产制造工艺及服役过程中的影响因素进行对比分析及研究,提出了铂铑热电偶丝表面质量提升的相应策略。Platinum rhodium thermocouple wire is a typical representative of precious metal thermocouple wire,widely used in steel,metallurgy,petrochemical,aviation,energy and other fields of temperature measurement and control.The factors affecting the surface quality of platinum rhodium thermocouple wire,including processing and forming process were introduced,including heat treatment process,influence of impurity pollution and so on.Based on the comparative analysis and research of the influencing factors in the manufacturing process and service process of several platinum rhodium thermocouple wires,the corresponding strategies for improving the surface quality of platinum rhodium thermocouple wires are put forward.
