摘 要:面对日益严重的大气环境CO污染问题,铂催化氧化法作为高效去除CO的有效手段而备受关注。提高铂分散度和化学元素掺杂改性是当前最为常用的催化剂性能调控策略。本文综述了不同铂分散状态、化学元素掺杂对铂催化剂的CO氧化活性和抗硫性能的影响;总结出提高催化剂反应活性和抗硫性能的方法,同时结合密度泛函理论(DFT)为催化剂的调控提供理论计算依据和数据支撑;最后对高性能铂基CO氧化催化剂的研究方向提出建议和展望,为设计开发高效、长寿命铂基CO氧化催化剂提供新思路。Platinum catalytic oxidation has received a lot of interest as a reliable method of efficiently removing CO in response to the increasingly critical issue of atmospheric CO pollution.The two most popular methods for regulating the performance of catalysts are enhancing platinum dispersion and doping with chemical components.The effects of various platinum dispersion states and chemical element doping on the CO oxidation activity and sulfur resistance of platinum catalysts were studied in this study,and a summary of the approaches to enhancing the reaction activity and sulfur resistance of platinum catalysts was provided.Density functional theory(DFT)was also employed to give a theoretical foundation for calculations and data assistance for the management of catalysts.It presents a fresh idea for the design and development of high efficiency and long life platinum based CO oxidation catalysts.Finally,proposals and possibilities for the research direction of high-performance platinum based CO oxidation catalysts were presented.
