“5E”教学法联合迷你临床演练评估在护理本科生心内科临床实践教学中的应用效果分析

摘  要:目的 探讨“5E”教学法联合迷你演练评估(Mini-CEX)在护理本科生临床实践中的教学效果。方法 选取2022年9月至2022年10月在江南大学附属医院心内科进行临床护理实践的28名江南大学护理本科生为对照组,2023年9月至2023年10月在心内科进行临床护理实践的25名江南大学护理本科生为干预组。对照组实施传统教学法,干预组实施“5E”教学法联合Mini-CEX的教学模式,比较两组学生自主学习能力、课堂氛围和综合成绩。结果 教学结束后,干预组学生自主学习能力得分(82.08±7.90)分,课堂氛围得分(106.04±11.48)分,综合成绩(93.60±1.32)分,均高于对照组学生的(71.68±7.67)分、(98.14±10.39)分、(92.08±2.30)分,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 “5E”教学法联合Mini-CEX能够丰富临床实践教学形式,深化护理教育改革,对提高护生自主学习能力、改善课题氛围和提升学习成绩有助益作用。Objective To explore the effectiveness of the“5E”teaching method combined with mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)in clinical practice for nursing undergraduates.Methods A total of 28 nursing undergraduates from who underwent clinical practice in the cardiology department of Jiangnan University affiliated hospital from September to October 2022 were as assigned to the control group,and 25 nursing undergraduates who underwent clinical practice nursing in the same department between September and October 2023 were as assigned to the intervention group.The control group received traditional teaching method,while the intervention group recevied“5E”teaching method combined with Mini-CEX,self-learning ability,classroom atmosphere and comprehensive scores were compared between the two groups.Results After the teaching,the scores of self-learning ability(82.08±7.90),classroom atmosphere(106.04±11.48)and comprehensive(93.60±1.32)in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(71.68±7.67),(98.14±10.39),(92.08±2.30)(all P<0.05).Conclusions The“5E”teaching method combined with Mini-CEX can enrich the form of clinical practice teaching and deepen the reform of nursing education,which is beneficial to improve the self-learning capacity of nursing students,classroom engagement and academic performance.
