摘 要:目的 探讨团体游戏干预在学龄斜视矫正患儿围手术期中的应用效果。方法 2022年6月至2024年6月选取聊城市眼科医院学龄斜视矫正患儿600例,采用随机数字表法将患儿分为观察组及对照组,每组各300例。对照组行眼科常规性护理,观察组在常规性护理的基础上给予团体游戏干预,比较两组患儿焦虑情绪、应对方式、治疗依从率、手术成功率、并发症发生率及患儿家属满意率。结果 干预后,观察组患儿的抑郁障碍自评量表(DSRSC)评分、焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表(SCARED)评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);干预后,观察组患儿的医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)中的面对维度评分显著高于对照组,而回避和屈服维度的评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组患儿的治疗依从率、手术成功率及患儿家属满意率均高于对照组,而并发症发生率则低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 团体游戏干预能有效减轻学龄斜视矫正患儿围手术期不良情绪,使患儿能积极面对疾病,提升了治疗依从性及治疗效果。Objective To explore the application of group game intervention in the perioperative period of school age children with strabismus correction.Methods From June 2022 to June 2024,600 school age children with strabismus correction in Liaocheng Eye Hospital were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(n=300)and a control group(n=300).The control group received routine ophthalmic nursing,while the observation group were given group game intervention.The levels of anxiety,coping strategies,treatment compliance rate,surgical success rate,complication incidence rate and family satisfaction rate of famliy members were compared.Results The scores of Depression Self-rating Scale for Children(DSRSC) and the Screen for Children Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).The score of the facing dimension in the Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ) of the children in the observation group was higher than that in the observation group,while the scores of the avoidance and yielding dimensions in the observation group were lower than control group after the intervention(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate,surgical success rate and the satisfaction rate of the children's family members in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Group game intervention can effectively relieve the adverse emotions of school-age children with strabismus correction during the perioperative period,enabling them to actively face the disease and improving the treatment compliance and treatment effect.
