互联网+居家护理在全髋关节置换术后的应用研究

摘　　要：目的 探究和分析互联网+居家护理在全髋关节置换术后的应用效果。方法 选择中山大学附属第一医院广西医院2023年1月至2024年3月收治的68例行全髋关节置换术治疗的患者为研究对象,按随机数字表分为两组,研究组和对照组各34例。研究组护理方式为“互联网+居家护理”的多元化护理联合健康教育,对照组护理方式为常规护理联合健康教育。对比两组患者出院后3、6个月的自我管理能力评分、负性情绪、髋关节评分、生活质量评分、日常生活活动能力评分、术后并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果 研究组患者出院后3、6个月的自我管理能力评分、髋关节评分、生活质量评分、日常生活活动能力评分相较于对照组更高(P<0.05);研究组患者出院后3、6个月的SDS、SAS等负性情绪评分相较于对照组更低(P<0.05);研究组患者术后并发症发生率相较于对照组更低(P<0.05);研究组患者护理满意度相较于对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论 互联网+居家护理在全髋关节置换术后的应用效果显著,不仅能提高患者自我管理能力,还能提高其髋关节功能和日常生活活动能力,并且,还能减轻其负性情绪和降低其术后并发症发生风险,从而能提高其术后生活质量和护理满意度。Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of internet + home care in patients after total hip arthroplasty(THA).Methods 68 patients who underwent THA at Guangxi Hospital Division of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from January 2023 to March 2024 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,the study group(n=34) and the control group(n=34).The study group adopted the diversified nursing combined with health education based on internet +home care,while the control group adopted conventional nursing combined with health education.The self-management ability,negative emotion,hip joint,quality of life,activity of daily living,postoperative complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the two groups were compared between the two groups at three and six months after discharge.Results At three and six months after discharge,the self-management ability score,hip joint score,quality of life score,and daily living activity score in the study group were higher than those in the control group( P<0.05).The SDS,SAS and other negative emotion scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the satisfaction level of nursing care in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of internet + home care after THA demonstrates significant effectiveness.It not only improves the self-management ability of patients,hip joint function and activities of daily living,but also alleviates negative emotions and reduces the risk of postoperative complications,thereby improving postoperative quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
