摘  要:蛋白桑是通过杂交技术成功培育出的兼具新型杂交特质的桑树品种,适应性极强,用途广泛。本文分析了蛋白桑的营养成分,总结了其应用现状。蛋白桑的推广不仅能有效缓解当前饲料匮乏的问题,满足养殖业对优质蛋白饲料的需求,还能凭借其特性改善当地生态环境。此外,通过对蛋白桑的开发利用,制成药材、用作食用菌的培养料、制作成食品等,可提升产品附加值,延伸拓展产业链,为地区经济发展与生态保护提供新的途径与思路,对推动甘肃河西地区养殖业可持续发展及生态环境改善具有重要意义。Protein mulberry is a mulberry variety that has been successfully cultivated through hybridization technology and possesses new hybrid characteristics.It has strong adaptability and a wide range of uses.This article analyzed the nutritional components of protein mulberry and summarized its current application status.It could not only effectively alleviate the current shortage of feed and meet the demand for high-quality protein feed in the aquaculture industry,but also improved the local ecological environment with its characteristics.Furthermore,protein mulberry was made into medicinal herbs,used as a cultivation material for edible mushrooms,and made into food.The development and utilization of protein mulberry could enhance product added value,extend and expand the industrial chain,and provide new pathways and approaches for regional economic development and ecological conservation.
