摘  要:大型星座已经成为当今航天领域重要的发展方向,卫星遥感一图多用、历史数据可用的特性使得大型遥感星座也成为带动卫星应用产业发展的重要引擎。针对遥感星座目前存在发展自由、空间占用混乱及数据质量标准不统一等诸多问题,以大型遥感星座健康发展为目标,分析了大型星座的主要技术特性进行了分析。从星座体系类型、星座卫星设置、星座轨道设计方法及星座任务模式分析等方面,提出了未来大型遥感星座的建设构想,论述了构建大型星座的相关关键技术,并给出了中国大型遥感星座建设策略与发展建议:构建长期、连续且稳定运行的大型遥感卫星星座以满足国家发展的重大战略需求。多手段、多种类及长链路大型遥感星座的复杂性应用将引发航天技术产业的重大变革。Large constellations have already been the important development direction in the aerospace field.Large remote sensing constellations,with the characteristics of multi-use functionality and historical data accessibility in remote sensing satellite,have also become the important driving force for the development of the satellite application industry.To address the problems of free development,unordered space occupation and different data quality standards,the main technical characteristics of large constellations were analyzed to ensure the healthy development.The future construction concept of large remote sensing constellations was proposed from the aspects of constellation system type,satellite configuration,orbit design method and mission mode analysis.Relevant key technologies were discussed.Meanwhile,the construction strategy and development proposals of remote sensing constellations which is constructing long-term,continous,and reliable large remote sensing constellation to meet the major strategic requirements for China′s development were put forward.The complexity applications of large remote sensing constellations with multi-means,multi-type and long link have brought about a great change in space technology and industrial application.
