摘  要:针对光学遥感卫星整星热变形对载荷相机光轴稳定性的影响,分析了卫星结构的温度特性,归纳了整星热变形分析的基本假设.基于热结构线弹性变形计算理论,提出了一种基于统一几何模型的整星热变形分析建模流程.以“环境减灾二号”A/B卫星的16m相机安装方式为例,进行了整星的瞬态温度场和准静态热变形分析,对比了不同安装方式下相机光轴夹角的稳定性,确定倒置安装方案可获得更稳定、更一致的16m相机光轴夹角,相较于正装方案夹角变化幅值减小79.3%以上,表明建立的分析流程可以对载荷相机的安装方式进行有效的优化.Considering the influence of the thermal distortion of the optical remote sensing satellite on the optical axis stability of the payload camera,the temperature characteristics of the satellite structure were analyzed,and the basic assumptions of the whole-satellite thermal distortion analysis were summarized.Based on the theory of thermal-structural linear elastic deformation calculation,a unified geometric model-based thermal distortion analysis modeling process was proposed.For the installation mode of the 16 m camera of HJ-2A/B Satellites,the transient temperature field and quasi-static thermal distortion were analyzed.The stability of the optical axis intersection angle was compared for different installation modes.The results show that the inversion installation mode can achieve the more stable and consistent angle,and the magnitude of the intersection angle variation is reduced by more than 79.3% compared with the positive installation mode.The present analysis method can be treated as the effective optimal method for the installation mode of the camera.
