摘　　要：当前,全球科技革命与产业变革进入叠加共振期,颠覆性技术加速重构全球价值链,发展新质生产力成为当代中国重要的发展战略。生成式人工智能体DeepSeek通过技术突破与生态协同机制,形成跨资产价值传导的新型链路。从技术突破、市场重构与伦理约束三维视角进行审视,DeepSeek提升我国科技资产价值呈现出新的逻辑与限度:在技术维度上,其强化学习框架以训练成本断崖式下降突破算力依赖,驱动AI产品由资源向资产的有效转化,但面临算法创新边际收益递减、多模态技术融合迟滞及底层框架自主性薄弱等制约;在市场维度上,通过技术、人才与资本的深度融合推动产业价值提升,却遭遇短期套利行为与长期战略投资的认知错配、场景碎片化与商业转化效率的底层矛盾;在伦理维度上,则陷入技术自主权边界模糊、隐私安全边界消融及算法偏见与公平性的价值撕裂。就未来路向而言,应从以下方向着力:一是构建分层突破的战略体系以形成规范性的技术开发和使用;二是推动市场资源的共建共享以破解市场维度的价值转化难题;三是强化数据主权防控手段以突出安全使用价值。以上措施形成合力,定会为提升我国科技资产价值提供减量博弈的有力解决方案。Currently,the global scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation have entered a period of overlapping resonance.Disruptive technologies are accelerating the reconstruction of the global value chain,and the development of new quality productive forces has become an important development strategy for contemporary China.The generative artificial intelligence agent DeepSeek forms a new link for cross-asset value transmission through technological breakthroughs and ecological synergy mechanisms.Examining from the three-dimensional perspective of technological breakthroughs,market reconstruction and ethical constraints,we find that DeepSeek has shown the new logic and limits in improving the value of our country's technological assets:in the technical dimension,its reinforcement learning framework has broken through computing power dependence with a cliff-like drop in training costs and driven the effective transformation of AI products from resources to assets.However,it faces the core constraints such as diminishing marginal returns in algorithm innovation,lag in multi-modal technology integration,and weak autonomy of the underlying frame work.In the market dimension,the industry value is promoted through the deep integration of technology,talent and capital,but it encounters the cognitive mismatch between short-term arbitrage behavior and long-term strategic investment,the underlying contradiction between scene fragmentation and commercial transformation efficiency.In the ethical dimension,it falls into the blurring of the boundaries of technological autonomy,the ablation of privacy and security boundaries,and the value tearing between algorithmic bias and fairness.As for the future direction,we should focus on the following directions.First,we should build a strategic system of layered breakthroughs to form standardized technology development and use.Second,we should promote the co-construction and sharing of market resources to solve the problem of value transformation in the market dimen
