列宁的生态农业思想及对当代中国乡村振兴的启示

摘　　要：民族要振兴,乡村必振兴。乡村振兴包括乡村生态振兴,而要实现乡村生态振兴,发展生态农业是关键。就我国乡村振兴的现实状况而言,尽管我国农业生产持续稳定增长,但是农业发展中还存在资源浪费、土壤贫瘠、环境污染等引人深思的生态问题。这就意味着,我国要实现乡村振兴就必须大力发展生态农业。但如何大力发展生态农业?我们可以从列宁的生态农业思想中得到启示。列宁的生态农业思想“充分吸收了马克思恩格斯生态思想的有机养料”,并根据俄国的具体实际进行了创新发展。其理论渊源有:马克思恩格斯的生态思想和俄国以往的生态智慧;其主要内容包括合理利用自然土地资源、合理使用农业技术发展农业、发展工农循环经济、加强生态法制建设等;其对当代中国乡村振兴的启示是:合理节约使用土地资源、合理运用科学技术发展生态农业、促进城乡工农的和谐发展和加强生态农业发展的法治保障。The countryside must be revitalized in order to revitalize the nation.The rural revitalization includes rural ecological revitalization,and the development of ecological agriculture is the key to achieving rural ecological revitalization.As far as the reality of rural revitalization in China is concerned,there are still a series of thought-provoking ecological problems in agricultural development,such as resource waste,poor soil and environmental pollution although China s agricultural production continues to grow steadily.This means that we must vigorously develop ecological agriculture in order to realize rural revitalization.But how to vigorously develop ecological agriculture?We can get the inspiration from Lenin s thought of ecological agriculture.Lenin s thought on ecological agriculture has“fully absorbed the organic nutrients of Marx and Engels ecological thought”and been innovated and developed according to the actual conditions of Russia.Its theoretical origins include Marx and Engels ecological thought and the ecological wisdom of Russia.Its main contents include rational use of natural land resources,rational use of agricultural technology to develop agriculture,developing the circular economy of industry and agriculture and strengthening of ecological legal system.It enlightens contemporary Chinese rural revitalization with rational and economical use of land resources,rational use of science and technology to develop ecological agriculture,promoting the harmonious development of industry and agriculture in urban and rural areas and strengthening the legal guarantee for the development of ecological agriculture.
