论中国式现代化的政党逻辑——基于中西方现代化比较的视角

摘　　要：作为一种世界性的历史过程,现代化不仅仅是国家、社会各要素综合发展演进的结果,而且还是政党现代化和人的现代化的立体过程。西方现代化是以资本为逻辑、以国家为支轴、以利益为导向的现代化,在其进程中,“人”与“物”之间的关系发生了错位,导致物质膨胀、两极分化,消解了现代化的价值本意,导致世界治理格局走向碎片化、零散化、失序化。不同于西方国家政党扮演国家与社会的“连接中介”,中国共产党有效地领导国家,统合社会,塑造了中国式现代化的新内涵,并通过工具理性、价值理性和主体理性的统一,形成了中国式现代化特有的政党逻辑。中国式现代化的政党逻辑遵循“以人民为中心”的价值逻辑,重塑了国家治理的内在本质;坚持“全面协调”“共同富裕”的原则,建构了国家治理的逻辑;坚持构建“人类命运共同体”的政党理念,指引着国家治理的未来航向。中国式现代化既实现了对西方现代化的超越,又重塑了国家治理新格局,能开启国家治理的新轨迹。As a global historical process,modernization is not only the result of the comprehensive development and evolution of various elements of the country and society,but also a three-dimensional process of political party modernization and human modernization.Western modernization is a kind of modernization with capital as the logic,country as the pivot,and interests as the orientation.The dislocation of the relationship between“people”and“things”leads to material expansion and polarization,dispelling the original value of modernization,and leading the global governance pattern to being fragmentary,being scattered and being out of order.Different from the Western countries that political parties play the role of“connecting mediation”between the state and society,the CPC effectively leads the country and unifies the society,shaping the new connotation of Chinese modernization,and forming the political party logic unique to Chinese modernization through the unity of instrumental rationality,value rationality,and subjective rationality.The political party logic of Chinese modernization follows the value logic of“putting the people at the center”,reshapes the core essence of national governance,adheres to the principle of“comprehensive coordination”and“common prosperity”,constructs the logic of national governance,adheres to the political party concept of building a“community with a shared future for mankind”,and guides the future course of national governance.Chinese modernization has not only surpassed the Western modernization,but also reshaped the new pattern of national governance,opening a new trajectory of national governance.
