文化帝国主义的本质及其运作逻辑解构

摘　　要：文化帝国主义是西方发达资本主义国家通过文本系统、仪式系统、意象系统等方式方法在世界范围内传播西方价值观,以便其在经济全球化时代持续进行对外扩张和维护自身统治的新型手段。除广播、电影、电视等大众媒介载体之外,文化帝国主义通过与文本、语言、图像、艺术等载体合谋,并借助日常化的文化实践得以运作,进而呈现出非强制性、隐蔽性、流变性等鲜明特征。在文化帝国主义具体运作过程中,其饱含着西方意识形态记忆、情感与认同的本质,展现出浓厚的资本主义意识形态色彩。文化帝国主义相较于其他手段策略更容易达成新帝国主义的目的。因此,仅仅从本质属性层面考察文化帝国主义是远远不够的,只有深刻理解和把握文化帝国主义借助历史书写提升人们对西方意识形态的记忆、借助仪式操演强化人们对西方意识形态的情感、借助文化消费增强人们对西方意识形态的认同等运作逻辑,才能更好地防范和应对文化帝国主义。Cultural imperialism is a new means used by Western developed capitalist countries to spread western values around the world through text system,ritual system,image system and other methods,and continue to expand abroad and maintain their own rule in the era of economic globalization.In addition to mass media carriers such as radio,film and television,Cultural imperialism operates through the collusion of text,language,images,art and other vehicles,and with the help of daily cultural practice it presents distinct characteristics such as non-compulsion,concealment and rheology.In the specific operation process of cultural imperialism,it is full of the essence of Western ideological memory,emotion and identity,showing a strong capitalist ideological color.Cultural imperialism is easier to achieve the purpose of neo-imperialism than other means and strategies.Therefore,it is not enough to examine cultural imperialism only from the perspective of essential attributes.Only by deeply understanding and grasping cultural imperialism,enhancing people s memory of Western ideology with the help of historical writing,strengthening people s emotion to Western ideology with the help of ritual performance,enhancing people s identification with Western ideology and other operational logic with the help of cultural consumption can we better prevent and deal with cultural imperialism.
