摘 要:近年来,随着宏基因组测序和空间转录组技术的突破,人们对皮肤表面“微观世界”的探索逐步深入,皮肤这片“栖息地”上的“居民”渐渐被人们所熟知。这些微生物居民通过与宿主细胞之间相互交流,维护皮肤屏障的完整结构和正常运行功能,为皮肤微环境的稳态做出巨大的贡献。而皮肤屏障在为表皮微生物提供居住环境的同时,也可以在物理、化学、免疫等方面对皮肤微生物群落的组成结构进行调控。因此,皮肤屏障的破坏或皮肤微生态的失衡会对宿主细胞的行为产生深远影响。致病菌的定植、微生物多样性的丧失会激活介导免疫炎症反应的分子信号通路,造成诸多皮肤疾病的发生和加剧,如特应性皮炎、痤疮、银屑病、日光性疾病等。本文结合目前关于皮肤微生态的研究现状,综述皮肤微生物和皮肤屏障相互作用的过程,以及在疾病过程中皮肤屏障受损和皮肤微生态失衡之间的联系。With the development of metagenomics sequencing and spatial transcriptomics,the door to the"microscopic world"of the skin surface has gradually been opened,and the"inhabitants"on the"habitat"of the skin have gradually become well-known.These microbial inhabitants contribute greatly to the homeostasis of the skin microenvironment by communicating with the host cells and maintaining the structural integrity and function of the skin barrier.The skin barrier does not only provide a living environment for epidermal microorganisms,but also regulates the composition of the skin microbial community in terms of physics,chemistry and immunity.Therefore,disruption of the skin barrier or imbalance of the skin microbiome can profoundly impact the behavior of host cells.The colonization of pathogenic bacteria and the loss of microbial diversity will activate the molecular signaling pathways that mediate the immune inflammatory response,resulting in the production and aggravation of many skin diseases,such as atopic dermatitis,acne,psoriasis,solar diseases,etc.Based on the current research status in skin microbiota,this article discusses the process of the interaction between skin microbiota and skin barrier,as well as the relationship between skin barrier damage and skin microbiota imbalance in the course of diseases.
