摘　　要：人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)包括200多种基因型,其感染与多种皮肤疾病密切相关。HPV疫苗被广泛应用于预防宫颈癌和尖锐湿疣等疾病,在皮肤疾病治疗领域也展现出新的潜力。本文回顾现有文献,分析HPV疫苗在皮肤疣、尖锐湿疣、角质形成细胞肿瘤、疣状表皮发育不良等皮肤病中的治疗作用,为进一步探索其应用前景、优化治疗方案以及提升公众健康水平提供参考。The human papillomavirus(HPV),which encompasses nearly 200 genotypes,is intimately associated with a wide range of skin diseases.HPV vaccines have been widely used to prevent diseases such as cervical cancer and condyloma acuminatum,and have also been shown new potential in the treatment of skin diseases.This article aims to review existing literature and comprehensively analyze the therapeutic effects of HPV vaccines on skin conditions such as cutaneous warts,condyloma acuminatum,keratinocyte tumors,and epidermodysplasia verruciformis,in order to explore the future applications of HPV vaccines,optimize treatment strategies,and contribute to improving public health.
