钛/钢层状复合板的激光熔丝增材制造修复技术研究

摘  要:针对钛/钢层状复合板在服役过中钛复层易遭受腐蚀,减低其使用寿命的问题,以轧制成形的TA1(3 mm)/Q235(7 mm)层状复合板中钛复层(1.5 mm)的缺陷修复为对象,研究采用激光熔丝增材制造技术对其进行修复的可行性,分析修复区组织与性能,以及修复过程对于钛-钢界面的影响。结果表明,当修复参数采用激光功率1 300 W、离焦量-40 mm、送丝速度2.5 m/min、扫描速度1 mm/s时,可以有效实现复合板钛复层缺陷的修复。修复过程几乎对钛-钢复合板原始界面过渡层组织未产生明显影响。组织分析发现,修复区组织主要由针状马氏体、魏氏体和少量锯齿状α晶粒组成,热影响区由粗大α晶粒、粗大锯齿状α相、以及针状α晶粒构成,母材区是由均匀的等轴α晶粒组成。修复区的最大显微硬度达到201.8 HV,修复的钛-钢复合板抗拉强度为461 MPa,断裂于钛复层热影响区处,呈现韧性断裂特征。Ti cladding is prone to corrosion in the Ti/steel laminated composite plates in service,which reduces their lifespan.Therefore,the defect repair of Ti cladding in TA1(3 mm)/Q235(7 mm)laminated composite plates formed by rolling was taken in this study.The feasibility of Ti cladding repair using the laser wire additive manufacturing,the microstructure of the repair zone,and the effect of repair process on the Ti-steel interface were investigated.Results shows that the defects of Ti cladding could be repaired at the laser power of 1300 W,defocusing distance of-40 mm,wire feeding speed of 2.5 m/min,and scanning speed of 1 mm/s.At the same time,the repair process has no impact on the original Ti-steel interface.The repair zone is mainly composed of acicular martensite,widmanstatten ferrite,and a small amount of serratedαgrains.The heat-affected zone contains coarseαgrains,large sawtooth-shapedαphases and acicular ferrite.Base zone is composed of uniform equiaxedαgrains.The maximum microhardness of the repaired zone reach 201.8 HV,and the tensile strength of the repaired Ti/steel laminated composite plates is 461 MPa.The fracture occurred at the heat-affected zone of the Ti cladding,exhibiting the ductile fracture characteristics.
