摘 要:AgCuTi钎料广泛应用于陶瓷与金属的连接,采用熔炼-气雾化法制备了4种不同Ti含量的AgCuTi合金粉末,通过机械压制法将AgCuTi合金粉末压成焊片,用于对无氧铜和氧化铝陶瓷的润湿实验。结果表明,随着Ti含量从2%增加到4.6%,AgCuTi/Al_(2)O_(3)反应层厚度增加了约三倍,润湿角减小了13°,润湿面积扩大了一倍以上,反应层中Ti_(3)Cu_(3)O的含量是影响AgCuTi钎料润湿Al_(2)O_(3)的主要原因;针对Cu母材,润湿角从10.6°减小到6.3°,润湿面积也显著增加。AgCuTi brazing materials are widely used for joining ceramics with metals,in this study,four kinds of AgCuTi alloy powders with different Ti contents were prepared by melting-atomisation method,and the AgCuTi alloy powders were pressed into foil for wetting test of oxygen-free copper and alumina ceramics by mechanical pressing method.The experimental results showed that,with the increase of Ti content from 2%to 4.6%,the thickness of the AgCuTi/Al_(2)O_(3) reaction layer tripled,the wetting angle decreased by 13°,and the wetting area was enlarged more than twice.The content of Ti_(3)Cu_(3)O in the reaction layer was the main reason for affecting the wetting of AgCuTi brazing material for Al_(2)O_(3).For the Cu base material,the wetting angle decreased from 10.6°to 6.3°,and the wetting area was also significantly increased.
