摘  要:充填体抗拉强度是工程设计与稳定性评价中的重要设计参数。为科学探究聚丙烯纤维对尾砂胶结充填体抗拉力学特性的影响,通过制备不同聚丙烯纤维含量(0%、0.20%、0.40%、0.60%)的尾砂胶结充填体试样,对其抗拉强度、破坏模式和微观结构进行分析,得出不同试验方法下的聚丙烯纤维尾砂胶结充填体抗拉强度和微观试验结果的变化规律。结果表明:随着聚丙烯纤维含量的增加,巴西劈裂强度和拉伸强度均呈现先增后减的趋势,PPF-0.40%为转折。PPF-0试样劈裂强度为1.84 MPa,PPF-0.20%、PPF-0.40%和PPF-0.60%试样劈裂强度分别为2.25、2.51和2.42 MPa;PPF-0拉伸强度为0.83 MPa,PPF-0.20%、PPF-0.40%和PPF-0.60%试样拉伸强度分别为1.14、1.47和1.21 MPa。巴西劈裂法得出的抗拉强度明显高于压-拉转换试验的抗拉强度。PPF-0.40%试样在加载过程中破坏产生的裂缝较未掺纤维的充填体宽度明显减小,PPF的增韧阻裂作用最为明显。PPF-0试样孔隙率和平均孔隙直径最大,PPF-0.40%试样的孔隙率和平均孔隙直径最小,相比PPF-0,孔隙率下降了67.79%,平均孔隙直径下降了19.85%,PPF-0.60%的孔隙率出现了上升。The tensile strength of cemented tailings backfill is an important mechanical index of filling body,and it is also an important design parameter in engineering design and stability evaluation.In order to explore the influence of polypropylene fiber on the tensile properties of cemented tailings backfill,the samples of different polypropylene fiber content(0%,0.20%,0.40%,0.60%)were prepared to analyze the variation of tensile strength and the microscopic test results.The results showed that the tensile strength of the Brazilian splitting method was significantly higher than that of the tension conversion test.With the increase of polypropylene fiber content,the crack resistance of tailings cement filling was significantly improved,and the Brazilian splitting strength and tensile strength were increased.The test of 0.40%polypropylene fiber content performed the best in mechanical properties,showing superior crack resistance,and also had the smallest pore rate and average pore diameter,and 0.60%began to improve.The test method and test results of this paper can provide reference for the standardized measurement method of tensile strength of cemented tailings backfill.
