浅埋煤层上行开采动压巷道围岩稳定性研究

摘  要:针对上行开采条件下巷道围岩稳定性分析及控制难题,以何家塔上组煤上行开采巷道为研究背景,测试了巷道围岩强度与裂隙发育,采用采动影响倍数法和“两带”判别法分析了上行开采的可行性,结合现场实测和数值模拟分析,分析了上行开采巷道围岩稳定性。结果表明,采用影响倍数法K最小值为26.17,采用“两带”判别法计算其发育高度最大值为77.22 m,均满足上行开采技术要求;正常回采巷道超前采动影响范围在70.4~90.2 m,超前支承压力峰值位于前方21.7 m,辅运巷滞后工作面期间持续影响时间短,预计上行开采条件下巷道围岩矿压显现不强烈。采用数值模拟计算表明,上行开采条件下巷道仍具有较好的稳定性。提出了何家塔上组煤上行开采条件下巷道围岩控制技术原则,制定了巷道围岩变形控制技术方案,并开展了井下工业试验,取得了较好的应用效果,在监测期内顶底板移近量22 mm,两帮移近量12 mm,随后围岩变形趋于稳定,表明上行开采条件巷道围岩稳定性好,高预应力锚杆支护技术有效控制了巷道围岩变形。In response to the challenges in analyzing and controlling the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway under upward mining conditions,this study focuses on the upward mining roadway of the upper coal seam in Hejiata Mine,the strength and crack development of the roadway surrounding rock were tested.The feasibility of upward mining was analyzed using the mining influence factor method and the“two zones”discrimination method.Combined with on-site measurements and numerical simulation analysis,the stability of the surrounding rock of the upward mining roadway was analyzed.The results indicate that the minimum value of the influence factor K was 26.17,and the maximum height of the“two zones”development calculated by the discrimination method was 77.22 m,both of which met the technical requirements for upward mining.The normal range of influence of advanced mining in the mining roadway was between 70.4 and 90.2 m,and the peak value of advanced support pressure was located at 21.7 m ahead.The duration of influence during the lag period of the auxiliary transportation roadway was short,and it was expected that the rock pressure of the roadway surrounding rock would not be strong under upward mining conditions.Numerical simulation results demonstratd that the roadway maintains good stability under upward mining conditions;The technical principles for controlling the surrounding rock of the roadway under the upward mining conditions of the Hejiata upper coal group were proposed,and a deformation control technical scheme for the roadway surrounding rock was formulated.Underground industrial tests were conducted,achieving favorable results.During the monitoring period,the convergence of the roof and floor was 22 mm,and the convergence of the two sides was 12 mm.Subsequently,the deformation of the surrounding rock stabilized,indicating that the roadway surrounding rock under upward mining conditions exhibited good stability,and the high-prestressed bolt support technology effectively controlled the deformati
