摘 要:为实现近距离煤层采空区安全沿空留巷,解决巷道围岩变形严重难题,以山东新查庄矿业有限责任公司采空区下91006工作面的沿空留巷工程为背景,采用理论分析及现场工业性试验等研究手段,研究了基本顶破断规律与应力演化规律,建立了近距离煤层沿空留巷顶板力学模型,并利用结构力学理论和矿压理论计算分析出基本顶岩层在不同位态下的巷旁支护阻力计算公式,通过对比分析水力压裂断顶卸压前后巷旁支护阻力变化发现水力压裂断顶卸压大大降低了巷旁支承压力,并在91006工作面采用“水力压裂超前断顶卸压+钢管混凝土墩柱高强巷旁支护”组合技术方案开展现场工业性实验,结果显示巷道顶底板变形量稳定,整体留巷成型效果良好。To achieve safe gob-side entry retaining in close-distance coal seams and address the severe deformation problem of roadway surrounding rocks,this paper takes the gob-side entry retaining project of 91006 working face under the goaf of Xinchazhuang Mining Co.,Ltd.in Shandong Province as the background.By employing research methods such as theoretical analysis and on-site industrial tests,the fracture law of the main roof and the stress evolution law are studied.A mechanical model of the roof for gob-side entry retaining in close-distance coal seams is established.The calculation formulas for the roadside support resistance of the main roof strata under different positions are analyzed and calculated using structural mechanics theory and strata pressure theory.Through comparative analysis of the changes in roadside support resistance before and after hydraulic fracturing for roof cutting and pressure relief,it is found that hydraulic fracturing for roof cutting and pressure relief significantly reduces the abutment pressure beside the roadway.The combined technical scheme of“advance hydraulic fracturing for roof breaking and pressure relief+high-strength roadside support with concrete-filled steel tube piers”is adopted for on-site industrial tests in 91006 working face.The results show that the deformation of the roof and floor of the roadway is stable,and the overall entry retaining effect is good.
