摘  要:内蒙古敏东一矿163号煤层工作面在回采过程中煤层顶板裂缝带发育,煤炭采出后涌水量大增,为消除水害,确保工作面安全回采,通过对矿区工作面水文地质条件及导水特性进行分析,制定了工作面上部Ⅱ含水层钻井注浆帷幕截流与巷道封堵的综合防治水措施。采用地面垂直钻孔与地面定向钻孔相结合的方法进行地面治理,在煤系地层沿含水层走向和垂向同时注浆,快速拦截西、北方向的补给水源。为快速解决井下出水溃泥的问题,减少各处水仓、沉淀池淤泥量,运输巷和回风巷各施工一段注浆封闭段,封堵工作面出水溃泥沿巷道向外涌出的通道。During the mining of the No.16-3 coal seam work face at the Mindong No.1 Mine in Inner Mongolia,significant development of fracture zones in the coal seam roof was observed,with the coal seam water volume increased greatly after mining.To eliminate water hazards and ensure the safety of the work face,an integrated water control strategy was formulated based on an analysis of the hydrogeological conditions and water-conducting characteristics of the mining face.This strategy combined surface drilling and grouting curtain closure in the overlying aquiferⅡwith roadway sealing measures.A hybrid approach utilizing both surface vertical drilling and directional drilling techniques was adopted on the ground.Grouting was simultaneously performed along the strike and vertical directions of the aquifer within the coal-bearing strata,effectively intercepting the supply water source from western and northern directions.In order to quickly solve the problem of underground water and mud burst,reduce the amount of silt in the water sump and settling tank,a grouting sealing section was constructed in the transportation roadway and the return air roadway to block the channel of water and mud burst in the working face along the roadway.
