摘 要:为了提高矿井灾害监测报警能力与效率、降低矿井灾害事故的发生率,研究了一种以水灾、火灾、瓦斯灾害、粉尘灾害和顶板灾害为监测对象的矿井灾害智能监测平台。介绍了该平台的总体架构设计,详细阐述了灾害监测数据分布采集技术,并结合监测数据构建了灾害预警模型。该平台通过智能传感技术和物联网技术,将采集参数进行分析并结合矿井实际情况进行分级预警,实现矿井灾害智能化监测。通过在金凤煤矿现场试验应用表明,该智能化监测平台能够精确地对工作面各项参数进行测量,实现灾害有效监测报警。In order to improve the monitoring and alarm capabilities and efficiency of mine disasters,and reduce the incidence of mine disasters and accidents,an intelligent monitoring platform for mine disasters was studied,focusing on monitoring floods,fires,gas disasters,dust disasters,and roof disasters.The overall architecture design of the platform was introduced,and the distribution and collection technology of disaster monitoring data was elaborated in detail.A disaster warning model was constructed based upon the monitoring data.This platform analyzed collected parameters and conducted graded warnings based upon the actual situation of the mines by using intelligent sensing technology and internet of things technology,achieving intelligent monitoring of mine disasters.According to on-site testing and application in Jinfeng Coal Mine,it has been shown that the intelligent monitoring platform can accurately measure various parameters of the working face and achieve effective disasters monitoring and alarm.
