摘 要:采用球磨法将CuCl负载到NaY分子筛表面制备了CuCl/NaY吸附剂,采用N2吸附-脱附、XRD、XPS等方法对吸附剂进行表征,考察了CuCl负载量和活化温度等条件对吸附剂结构及性能的影响。实验结果表明,CuCl负载量(与NaY的质量比)为0.4 g/g的吸附剂具有较高的Cu(Ⅰ)分散度,且Cu(Ⅰ)价态占比达70.97%(x),表现出最高的CO吸附容量。活化温度450℃时,CuCl负载量为0.4 g/g的CuCl/NaY吸附剂具有最优的吸附CO效果,在25℃、0.1 MPa、体积空速为1200 h-1、氢气中CO含量为500μL/L条件下,CO吸附容量为18 mL/g;450℃下活化的吸附剂具有较高的Cu(Ⅰ)分散度以及最高的Cu(Ⅰ)价态占比,对CO的π络合作用最强。The CuCl/NaY adsorbent was prepared by loading CuCl onto the surface of NaY zeolite by ball milling,and the adsorbent was characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption,XRD,XPS,and other methods.The effects of CuCl loading and activation temperature on the structure and properties of the adsorbent were investigated.The experimental results show that the adsorbent with a CuCl loading(mass ratio to NaY)of 0.4 g/g has a high Cu(Ⅰ)dispersion degree,and the valence of Cu(Ⅰ)accounts for 70.97%(x),showing the highest CO adsorption capacity.At the activation temperature of 450℃,the CuCl/NaY adsorbent with a CuCl loading of 0.4 g/g has the best CO adsorption effect,and the CO adsorption capacity is 18 mL/g at 25℃,0.1 MPa,volume space velocity of 1200 h-1,and CO content in hydrogen of 500μL/L.The activated adsorbent at 450℃has a high Cu(Ⅰ)dispersion degree and the highest Cu(Ⅰ)valence proportion and has the strongestπcomplexation effect on CO.
