摘  要:在等规聚丙烯(iPP)和乙丙橡胶(EPR)两步共聚反应中引入非共轭二烯等交联助剂,制备了支化/交联结构的聚丙烯(PP)多相共聚物iPP/EPR。采用Jeziorny法、Ozawa法和莫志深法等分析了iPP/EPR的非等温结晶动力学,并观察了聚合物的非等温结晶形貌。实验结果表明,支化/交联PP多相共聚物iPP/EPR中的橡胶相EPR含量可达50%(w)以上;随着EPR含量的增加,iPP/EPR的结晶焓和结晶温度明显降低,iPP/EPR中iPP球晶的结晶形态变得不完善;Jeziorny法和莫志深法更适合分析支化/交联PP多相共聚物的非等温结晶动力学。Crosslinking agents like non-conjugated diene were incorporated into the two-step copolymerization of isotactic polypropylene(iPP)and ethylene-propylene rubber(EPR)to prepare branching/crosslinking polypropylene(PP)multiphase copolymer iPP/EPR.The non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of iPP/EPR were analyzed using methods of Jeziorny,Ozawa,and Mo Zhishen,and the non-isothermal crystallization morphology of the polymers was observed.Experimental results show that the rubber phase of EPR content in the branching/crosslinking PP multiphase copolymer iPP/EPR can reach 50%(w)or higher;with the increase of EPR content,the crystallization enthalpy and crystallization temperature of iPP/EPR decrease significantly,and the crystallization morphology of iPP spherulites become imperfect;Jeziorny and Mo Zhishen methods are much more suitable for analyzing the non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of branching/crosslinking PP multiphase copolymers.
