摘 要:以催化裂化柴油为原料,采用馏分切割的方式分离原料中含有较多单环芳烃的轻组分,仅保留重组分,选用复合溶剂探究多环芳烃抽提的实验条件,借助了反抽提技术进一步降低抽出油中饱和烃的含量,并通过减压蒸馏对复合溶剂进行回收。实验结果表明,以重组分为原料,在复合溶剂V(环丁砜)∶V(N-甲基吡咯烷酮)=3∶7、剂油体积比为1.2、抽提温度50℃条件下,多环芳烃收率可达75.06%,多环芳烃含量为94.88%(w)。经预处理及溶剂抽提后,抽余油中的芳烃含量由原料中的79.47%(w)降至11.59%(w)。回收后的溶剂颜色变深,使用回收的溶剂进行抽提实验,多环芳烃收率为69.33%,相较于新鲜的溶剂抽提效率略有降低,实现了资源的可重复利用。Using catalytic cracking diesel as raw material,the light components containing more monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the raw material were separated by fraction cutting,and only the heavy components were retained.The experimental conditions for the extraction of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were explored by composite solvents,and the content of saturated hydrocarbons in the extracted oil was further reduced with the help of reverse extraction technology.In addition,the composite solvents were recovered by reduced pressure distillation.The experimental results show that the yield of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons can reach 75.06%,and the content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is 94.88%(w)under the conditions of the volume ratio of the composite solvent cyclobutanone and N-methylpyrrolidone at 3∶7,the solvent/oil volume ratio of 1.2,and the extraction temperature of 50℃.After pretreatment and solvent extraction,the aromatic hydrocarbon content in the residual oil decreases from 79.47%(w)in the raw material to 11.59%(w).The color of the recovered solvent becomes darker,and the extraction experiment is carried out by using the recovered solvent.The yield of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is 69.33%,which is slightly lower than that of fresh solvents,realizing the reuse of resources.
