摘 要:以三氯化铁、硬脂酸为原料采用溶剂热法合成油溶性水热裂解降黏催化剂硬脂酸铁,采用FTIR、TG、^(1)H NMR、元素分析、分子模拟蒸馏等方法考察了催化剂用于稠油降黏的适宜反应条件以及降黏原理。实验结果表明,最佳降黏条件为240℃,油水质量比7∶3、催化剂用量0.3%(w)、1 mL供氢剂,在该条件下水热反应24 h后稠油降黏率可达77.32%。硬脂酸铁催化剂可实现稠油降黏及原位改质的作用,催化剂和供氢剂的协同作用促进了水热裂解改质,使降黏率大大提高。The oil-soluble iron stearate catalyst for viscosity reduction by hydrothermal cracking was synthesized from ferric trichloride and stearic acid by means of the solvothermal method.FTIR,TG,^(1)H NMR,elemental analysis,and molecular simulation distillation were used to investigate the appropriate reaction conditions and the principle of the catalyst for viscosity reduction of heavy oil.The experimental results show that the optimum viscosity reduction conditions were 240℃,oil-water mass ratio of 7∶3,catalyst dosage of 0.3%(w),and 1 mL hydrogen supplier.Under these conditions,the viscosity reduction rate of heavy oil can reach 77.32%after 24 h hydrothermal reaction.Iron stearate catalyst can achieve viscosity reduction and in-situ modification of heavy oil.The synergistic effect of the catalyst and hydrogen supplier can promote the hydrothermal cracking and improve the viscosity reduction greatly.
