摘 要:针对高温高盐油藏微泡沫稳定性弱的问题,优选出一种以聚丙烯酰胺类聚合物SAV10为稳泡剂、表面活性剂芥酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱和十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱为发泡剂的耐高温高盐的发泡体系,该发泡体系在6800 r/min的转速下搅拌1 min可形成微泡沫,对比了发泡体系和微泡沫的稠油乳化降黏效果和水包油乳液的稳定性。实验结果表明,微泡沫的乳化降黏效果优于发泡体系。优选出的发泡体系的发泡率可达420%;在90℃下发泡体系老化60 d的黏度保持率大于88%;所制备的微泡沫的析液半衰期为1161 s,表现出良好的稳定性。采用矿化度为218.1 g/L的矿化水制备泡沫体系和微泡沫时,在90℃、稠油和矿化水的质量比为30∶70,50∶50,70∶30时,发泡体系和微泡沫均可乳化稠油,发泡体系的降黏率大于89%,析水率大于80%;微泡沫的降黏率大于95%,析水率虽偏低,但仍大于60%。To address the issue of weak microfoam stability in high-temperature and high-salinity reservoirs,a foaming system resistant to high-temperature and high-salinity was optimized,which used polyacrylamide polymer SAV10 as a foam stabilizer and surfactants erucamidopropyl betaine and lauryl dimethyl betaine as foaming agents.Microfoam could be produced by this foaming system when stirred at a speed of 6800 r/min for 1 min.The emulsification and viscosity reduction effect of the foaming system and microfoam on heavy oil,as well as the stability of oil/water emulsions,were compared.The results show that the microfoam has a better emulsification and viscosity reduction effect than the foaming system.The foaming rate can reach 420% in the optimized foaming system.At 90℃,the viscosity retention rate of the foaming system after 60 d exceeds 88%.The prepared microfoam exhibits a half-life of drainage of 1161 s,indicating excellent stability.When preparing the foaming system and microfoam using mineralized water with a salinity of 218.1 g/L,at 90℃ and mass ratios of heavy oil to mineralized water of 30∶70,50∶50,and 70∶30,both the foaming system and microfoam are capable of emulsifying the heavy oil.The foaming system achieves a viscosity reduction rate greater than 89% and a water separation rate exceeding 80%.The microfoam demonstrates a viscosity reduction rate of over 95%,and although its water separation rate is relatively lower,it still exceeds 60%.
