摘  要:反凝析污染是目前气藏产能最严重的损害类型之一,为解除气藏反凝析污染,采用表面张力仪和接触角仪研究了多种单一表面活性剂体系及优选复配的阳离子/非离子(简称阳-非离子)复合表面活性剂体系的表面活性和润湿改性能力,通过电导率实验、岩心自发渗吸、NMR表征及岩心流动实验研究了复合表面活性剂体系的临界胶束浓度(cmc)、表面活性、润湿改性能力、预防液侵及解除液侵能力,并研究了复合表面活性剂体系中阳离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂之间的协同效应。实验结果表明,复合表面活性剂体系的表面活性和润湿改性能力均优于单一表面活性剂体系,复合表面活性剂体系的cmc明显低于单一表面活性剂体系;加入复合表面活性剂体系后,模拟地层水表面张力仅为18.7 mN/m,凝析油表面张力仅为23 mN/m;经复合表面活性剂体系处理后,模拟地层水在岩心表面的接触角为110.0°,凝析油在岩心表面的接触角为96.7°。复合表面活性剂体系能够有效预防岩心液侵和有效解除岩心液侵伤害。Retrograde condensate pollution is currently one of the most serious damage types in the productivity of gas reservoirs.In order to relieve the retrograde condensate pollution in gas reservoirs,the surface activity and wetting modification ability of various single surfactant systems and an optimized cationic/nonionic(referred to as cationic-nonionic)composite surfactant system were investigated using a surface tensiometer and a contact angle goniometer.The critical micelle concentration(cmc),surface activity,wetting modification ability,liquid invasion prevention,and liquid invasion removal capacity of the composite surfactant system were studied through conductivity experiments,spontaneous core imbibition,NMR characterization and core flow experiments.Additionally,the synergistic effects between the cationic and nonionic surfactants in the composite surfactant system were examined.The experimental results show that both the surface activity and the wetting modification ability of the composite surfactant system are better than those of the single-surfactant systems,and the cmc of the composite surfactant system is significantly lower than that of the single-surfactant systems.After adding the composite surfactant system,the surface tension of the simulated formation water is only 18.7 mN/m,and the surface tension of the condensate oil is only 23 mN/m.After being treated by the composite surfactant system,the contact angle of the simulated formation water on the core surface is 110.0°,and the contact angle of the condensate oil on the core surface is 96.7°.The composite surfactant system can effectively prevent liquid invasion into the core and effectively relieve the damage caused by liquid invasion to the core.
