摘 要:CO作为一种易燃、易爆、有毒的气体,在一些工业领域中,CO的存在会对反应系统造成危害,产生安全和环境污染问题,因此需要将原料、产物或系统中的CO进行脱除净化。催化氧化法作为脱除CO的方法之一,工艺简单易操作、转化率高,极具有应用前景。综述了用于脱除烯烃原料、氢气原料、密闭空间、炼化尾气和烟气中CO的催化剂,总结了现有催化剂的种类和性能特点,并探讨了CO催化氧化反应的机理,从催化剂的开发、应用、机理研究等角度进行了展望。CO is a flammable,explosive,and toxic gas,and in some industrial fields,its existence will cause harm to the reaction system,affect safety,and lead to environmental pollution.Therefore,it is necessary to remove CO from raw materials,products,or systems.As one of the methods for CO removal,catalytic oxidation is promising for industrial applications because of its simplicity,ease of operation,and high conversion rate.Catalysts for removing CO from olefins,hydrogen,confined spaces,effluent streams,and flue gas were reviewed,and the types and properties of existing catalysts were summarized.The reaction mechanism of CO catalytic oxidation was discussed,and the development,application,and mechanism research of catalysts were prospected.
