摘  要:聚丙烯(PP)热膨胀性能不佳,受热尺寸不稳定使其在多种应用场景中与金属组件难以适配。介绍了取向与分子链结构对PP的线性热膨胀系数(CLTE)的影响,对于不添加无机填料的PP,综述了热塑性弹性体共混对PP的CLTE的影响,探讨了加工条件对PP线性热膨胀的影响,并对以调控热膨胀性能为目的的PP产品设计做出了展望。The poor thermal expansion performance of polypropylene(PP)makes its dimension unstable upon heating and thus becomes incompatible with metal components in numerous applications.The effect of internal orientation and molecular structure on the linear thermal expansion coefficient(CLTE)of PP was introduced.For PP free of inorganic fillers,the effect of blending thermoplastic elastomer on the CLTE of PP was reviewed.Furthermore,the effect of manufacturing conditions on PP linear thermal expansion was discussed.Lastly,perspectives were provided for PP product designs in the purpose of controlling thermal expansion.
