摘 要:无水碳酸镁晶体作为一种高附加值无机功能材料,在工业生产领域备受关注。本文以菱镁矿为原料,在无水乙醇辅助下制备无水碳酸镁晶体,设计三因素四水平正交试验确定最佳试验条件,通过粒度分析、X射线衍射(XRD)分析、扫描电镜(SEM)分析等手段对产物进行表征,探究无水乙醇对无水碳酸镁晶体组成和形貌的影响及其合成机理,并计算了合成反应活化能。结果表明:在水热温度200℃、水热时间12 h、无水乙醇与重镁水体积比1∶1的条件下,得到了平均粒径为18.74μm且分散性较好的纯相立方体无水碳酸镁晶体,合成反应活化能为0.573 kJ/mol,无水乙醇促进了无水碳酸镁的生成,减小了晶体表面自由能,提高了反应速率,加速了相转化过程。Anhydrous magnesium carbonate crystals,as a high value-added inorganic functional material,have attracted much attention in the industrial production field.This article used magnesite as raw material to prepare anhydrous magnesium carbonate crystals with the assistance of anhydrous ethanol.A three factor four level orthogonal experiment was designed to determine the optimal experimental conditions.The product was characterized by particle size analysis,X-ray diffraction(XRD)analysis,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)analysis,and other methods to explore the influence of anhydrous ethanol on the composition and morphology of anhydrous magnesium carbonate crystals and their synthesis mechanism.The activation energy of the synthesis reaction was also calculated.The results show that under the conditions of hydrothermal temperature of 200℃,hydrothermal time of 12 h,and a volume ratio of anhydrous ethanol to heavy magnesium water of 1∶1,pure phase cubic anhydrous magnesium carbonate crystals with an average particle size of 18.74μm and good dispersion are obtained.The activation energy of the synthesis reaction is 0.573 kJ/mol.Anhydrous ethanol promote the generation of MgCO_(3),reduce the surface free energy of the crystal,increased the reaction rate,and accelerate the phase transition process.
