摘 要:电石渣是一种以氢氧化钙为主要成分的工业废渣,其中钙质含量高。本文以甘氨酸为浸取剂,利用甘氨酸与电石渣中的氢氧化钙反应生成可溶性钙盐,实现钙资源与不溶性杂质的分离。考察了不同用水量、甘氨酸用量、反应温度及反应时间下的Ca^(2+)浸取率,并通过对浸取液和滤渣的成分分析,探究了甘氨酸浸取除杂机理。结果表明,在m(水)∶m(电石渣)∶m(甘氨酸)=20∶1∶2、反应时间为20 min、反应温度为25℃的条件下,Ca^(2+)浸取率达到最高值88.11%;以甘氨酸作为浸取剂可去除电石渣浸取液中的Mg、Al、Fe等杂质,这可能是由于浸取液pH在10~11,使Al、Fe、Mg杂质元素以氢氧化物沉淀的形式析出所致;滤渣中的主要成分是焦炭、碳酸钙和水铝钙石。Calcium carbide slag is an industrial waste residue mainly composed of calcium hydroxide,with a high content of calcium resources.This article uses glycine as an leaching agent to react with calcium hydroxide in calcium carbide slag to generate soluble calcium salts,achieving the separation of calcium resources from insoluble impurities.The experiment explored the Ca^(2+)leaching rate under different water usage,glycine dosage,reaction temperature,and reaction time,and explored the mechanism of glycine leaching for impurity removal by analyzing the composition of the leaching solution and filter residue.The results show that under the conditions of m(water)∶m(carbide slag)∶m(glycine)=20∶1∶2,reaction time of 20 min,and reaction temperature of 25℃,the Ca^(2+)leaching rate reach the highest value of 88.11%;Using glycine as a leaching agent can remove impurities such as Mg,Al,and Fe from the calcium carbide slag leaching solution,which may be due to the precipitation of Al,Fe,and Mg impurities in the form of hydroxide precipitates at a pH of 10~11 in the leaching solution.The main components in the filter residue are coke,calcium carbonate,and boehmite.
