摘  要:普通硅酸盐水泥与高硫尾砂的兼容性差,为了改善高硫尾砂胶结充填体的力学性能,降低充填材料成本,开展了生石灰-脱硫石膏激发矿渣微粉的可行性研究。采用单轴抗压强度试验、物化分析和扫描电子显微镜测试等手段,考察水泥替代率对高硫尾砂充填体力学性能的影响,探讨不同激发材料的最佳配比,观察充填体内部微观形貌,分析高硫尾砂复合充填材料的激发机理。结果表明:相较于100%水泥作为胶结材料(7 d抗压强度<1.0 MPa),各激发方案胶结充填体的抗压强度均更高;生石灰-脱硫石膏的激发效果在早期与生石灰激发方案效果相似,14 d龄期时的激发效果更为显著,生石灰、脱硫石膏、矿渣微粉最佳配比为1∶1∶8;脱硫石膏对高硫尾砂充填体早期强度的改善效果不明显,矿渣基复合充填材料的综合性能优于水泥,碱性环境下可降低SO_(4)^(2-)的侵蚀作用。The compatibility between ordinary Portland cement and high-sulfur tailings is poor.In order to improve the mechanical properties of the high-sulfur tailings cemented filling material and reduce the cost of filling materials,a feasibility study was conducted on the activation of slag micro powder by quicklime desulfurization gypsum.Using uniaxial compressive strength test,physical and chemical analysis,and scanning electron microscopy testing,the influence of cement substitution rate on the mechanical properties of high sulfur tailings filling material was investigated.The optimal ratio of different excitation materials was explored,and the internal microstructure of the filling material was observed to analyze the excitation mechanism of high sulfur tailings composite filling material.The results show that compared to using 100%cement as the bonding material(compressive strength<1.0 MPa at 7 days),the compressive strength of the bonding fillers in each activation scheme was higher;The activation effect of quicklime desulfurization gypsum is similar to that of quicklime activation scheme in the early stage,and the activation effect is more significant at 14 days of age.The optimal ratio of quicklime,desulfurization gypsum,and slag powder is 1∶1∶8;The improvement effect of desulfurization gypsum on the early strength of high sulfur tailings filling material is not significant.The comprehensive performance of slag based composite filling material is better than that of cement,and it can reduce the erosion effect of SO_(4)^(2-)in alkaline environment.
