摘　　要：新时代家风建设与清廉自贸港建设的价值取向是一致的,因而二者能够相互促进,并形成合力。近年来,海南省纪委监委将家风建设作为党风廉政建设的重要着力点和构建清廉自贸港政治生态的关键一环,使得党风政风焕然一新,社风民风持续向好。鉴于当前家风建设还面临着内外部因素的双重冲击,现实中仍存在对家风建设重视度不够、协同性不强、延伸度不高等问题,应在用活用好优秀家训家规、加强各主体间的联动协作、多点发力弘扬优良家风、加大考核监督力度、扩大家风建设交流与合作等方面强化家风建设。上述举措将有助于明确廉洁的价值尺度、弥补刚性制度的不足、降低腐败的治理成本,推进清廉自贸港建设实现高质量发展。The construction of family culture in the new era and the construction of clean free trade port have the same value orientation,thus they can promote each other and form a synergy.In recent years,the Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision of Hainan Province has regarded the construction of family style as an important focus of the construction of the Party style and clean government,as well as a key link in the construction of a clean free trade port political ecology,which has led to the renewal of the Party culture and political culture,and the continuous improvement of the social culture and public culture.However,at present,the construction of family culture is still facing the dual impact of internal and external factors,and there are still problems such as insufficient attention to the construction of family culture,lack of synergy and low extension.To this end,we should make good use of excellent family discipline,strengthen the linkage and collaboration between various subjects,make more efforts to promote good family style,increase the assessment and supervision,expand the communication and cooperation in the construction of family style.The above measures will help establish the value scale of integrity,make up for the shortcomings of the rigid system,reduce the governance costs of corruption,and promote the construction of a clean free trade port to realize high-quality development.
