摘 要:本文在深入研究粗粒土工程特点及工程问题的基础上,结合其注浆处理方法,对现有加固效果评价方法的适用性进行归纳总结,进而提出适合于粗粒土的注浆加固效果评价方法。通过对不同级配、不同密实及不同注浆率情况下的波速特性进行研究,提出波速法在粗粒土注浆加固效果评价的具体方法,并结合工程实例(模拟计算)对该方法进行验证。通过对影响粗粒土注浆体波速值的主要因素进行了试验研究,得到如下结论:在注浆率和密实度保持不变时,随着级配P5的变化,波速值会按照线性规律相应变化;在注浆率及级配P5的保持不变的时,随着密实度的变化,波速值会按照现行规律响应变化。对三个因素进行的正交试验,结果表明对波速影响最大的是注浆率,其次为级配,密实度最小,且密度的极差远远小于注浆率的极差。Based on the in-depth study of the engineering characteristics and engineering problems of coarse-grained soil,this paper summarizes the applicability of the existing evaluation methods of reinforcement effect,and then puts forward the evaluation method of grouting reinforcement effect suitable for coarse-grained soil.By study-ing the wave velocity characteristics of different gradations,different densities and different grouting rates,this paper puts forward a concrete method for evaluating the grouting reinforcement effect of coarse-grained soil by wave velocity method,and verifies this method with an engineering example(simulation calculation).Through the experimental study on the main factors affecting the wave velocity value of coarse-grained soil grouting body,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)Under the condition of fixed grouting rate and compactness,the wave velocity value is linearly related to gradation P5;Under the condition of fixed gradation P5 and compactness,the wave velocity value is linear with grouting rate;Under the condition of fixed grading P5 and grouting rate,the wave velocity has a linear relationship with compactness.According to the actual situation of the project,four models for evaluating the grouting rate are put forward,among which model 1(with known gradation and known density)and model 2(with known gradation and unknown density)have high accuracy,while model 3(with unknown gradation and density)and model 4(with unknown gradation and density)have relatively poor accuracy.
